The efficiency of the latest generation of super high production cards requires greater accuracy of all the working organs, especially the revolving flat clipped tops. Whilst the manufacturing tolerances, design and metallurgy for card clothing has kept pace with the demands of the new generation of carding machines, the installation of card clothing, until now, has never received the attention it deserves.

At ICC, in our constant endeavour to achieve perfection, we have developed a new Flat Clipping machine - aptly named .
