Notice is hereby given under Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956 that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be kept closed from Monday 2^nd August, 2010 to Monday, 9^th August, 2010, both days inclusive.

This is also to inform all concerned that a dividend at 30% (Rs. 3.00 per share of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended 31^st March, 2010, on approval at the 56th Annual  General Meeting of the Company being held at 12 noon on Monday 9^th August, 2010 at the Registered office, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on 9^th August, 2010.
